To Buy from us:
Firstly check we stock your discontinued Denby pattern by going to Our Gallery then contact us and let us know what items you are looking for. We can then check our stock availability and advise you of the costs. Alternatively just ask for a current stock list in your required pattern. This stock list will provide details of the items available, quantity and price.
We do stock vast quantities of most discontinued Denby patterns but should we be unable to help you immediately, we offer a free of charge and no obligation Search Register. We will then endeavour to locate the items for you.
Our Prices: All items are priced competitively. Prices vary depending upon the discontinued Denby pattern required. Some patterns are more difficult to locate than others and the condition of the items can vary. The majority of our stock is in excellent, as new condition. We do stock some bran new items in some of the patterns. A quotation would be provided before purchase and at this time, details of condition would be given.
For items that require posting the full postage charge is payable and a nominal amount for packing materials. All items are packed extremely well with good quality packing material. We would provide full details of the Postage and Packing costs with the final quotation.
Payment: We can accept payment by Personal Cheque, Postal Order, Cash, Paypal, Credit or Debit Cards. For overseas buyers we accept Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards.All personal cheques to be made payable to Denby China Find.
For payment by Debit or Credit Card please telephone Denby China Find, details on Contact Us page, with your card details. Please do not email your card details to us as the site is not secure.
Paypal allows you to send money worldwide, instantly and securely, to anyone who has an email address. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Switch through Paypal. Should you choose this method of payment we will send you a Paypal Invoice, then simply follow the instructions.

Terms of Business:
- Guarantee - All the china supplied will be in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or excessive wear. Any flaws in the china would be described before purchase. We endeavour to ensure that all purchases are delivered safely. We use good quality packing materials at all times. If a breakage does occur during transit, Denby China Find will accept full responsibility and will replace the item(s) free of charge if available from stock, or offer a full refund of the purchase price.
- Returns - If you are not entirely happy with the quality of any pieces purchased from us, you may return the items within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
- How
to sell to us:
Denby China Find is always looking for unwanted Denby tableware. We will be happy to provide you with a quotation if you would like to complete the selling form
Privacy - Denby China Find respects the privacy of all its customers and your email address is kept on our files for the sole purpose of contacting you in relation to your enquiry. Should you wish your details to be removed from our files please let us know. They will be removed immediately. We will not divulge your email address to a third party under any circumstances.
